Most people are capable of changing, but I think all of us make the same stupid decisions repeatedly. Don't turn off to all of humanity just yet! ;-)
The trick in life is to know yourself. Until you're ready to really see yourself (painful at times), you aren't able to change.
All you can do is change yourself. Learning that makes you smart - not dumb!!!
